    In another bowl, whisk milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  3. Make the Batter
    Gradually pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Mix until just combined (small lumps are okay).
  4. Heat the Pan
    Preheat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  5. Cook the Pancakes
    Pour about ¼ cup batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on top (2–3 minutes), then flip and cook another 1–2 minutes.
  6. Serve Warm
    Stack pancakes and add your favorite toppings.
